SNB Consultancy ("we", "us", "our") provides company registration, funding, Virtual CFO, IP & legal, and technology advisory services to startups and SMEs in India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through snbconsultancy.co.in and our advertising landing pages, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly when you fill in a form on our site (contact page, service enquiry forms, the recommendation quiz, the funding & benefits tool, or an advertising landing page such as our Section 80-IAC eligibility check), including:

• Name, phone number and email address
• Company or business name
• Business details you choose to share — entity type, incorporation year, business stage, whether you hold DPIIT recognition, and similar context relevant to the service you're enquiring about
• Any message or notes you type into a form

We also automatically collect some technical information when you visit:

• IP address and browser/device information (user agent)
• The page you submitted a form from, and the site or ad that referred you
• Advertising click identifiers and campaign parameters (e.g. Google's gclid, and utm_source / utm_medium / utm_campaign tags), where you arrive via a paid ad

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up by phone, WhatsApp, or email, as you've consented to on the relevant form
• To assess eligibility for the service you've asked about and prepare a quote or proposal
• To deliver the service you engage us for, including filings and applications made on your behalf with the relevant government authority
• To measure how our website and ad campaigns are performing, and improve them
• To meet our own legal, accounting and compliance obligations

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the above without asking you first.

4. Cookies & analytics

Our website and advertising landing pages may use the following, only where configured and relevant to the page you're on:

• Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads conversion tracking — to understand site usage and measure ad campaign performance
• Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag — on specific advertising landing pages, to measure campaign performance on those platforms
• Google reCAPTCHA — to protect our forms from spam and automated abuse
• A small first-party cookie to remember which campaign first referred you, for up to 30 days, so we can credit the right channel if you later submit a form

You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time; this may affect how some parts of the site work.

5. Sharing your information

We share personal data only where necessary to:

• Deliver the service you've engaged us for — for example, filing an application with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Startup India portal, or another government authority on your behalf
• Operate essential tools we rely on, such as our email provider and website hosting
• Comply with a legal obligation, such as a lawful request from a government or regulatory authority

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data retention

We retain enquiry and lead data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, deliver any engaged service, and meet our legal and accounting record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data, where we're not required to keep it for a legal or contractual reason
• Stop contacting you for marketing purposes
