Mobile App Development

Android and iOS apps built from a prototype your customers approve — shipped to the Play Store and App Store with analytics, crash reporting and a plan for the updates that follow.

What we build

  • Customer apps — ordering, booking, loyalty, account management, push notifications.
  • Field / staff apps — attendance, job dispatch, inspections, offline-capable data capture.
  • Marketplace & on-demand — two-sided apps with listings, matching, in-app payments and ratings.
  • Companion apps — a mobile layer on top of software or a website you already run.

Native or cross-platform

ApproachWhen it fits
Flutter / React NativeOne codebase for both platforms — most business apps. Faster to build, cheaper to maintain.
Native (Kotlin / Swift)Heavy device features, demanding graphics or performance, or a platform-specific experience.

We recommend one in the scope document with the reasoning, and you decide.

How a project runs

  1. Discovery — the day-one feature set, the platforms, the backend needs. Output: scope + fixed quote.
  2. Prototype — full screen flow, reviewed on a phone, signed off.
  3. Build in sprints — core flow first, then secondary features; you test builds every 1–2 weeks via TestFlight / internal track.
  4. Beta — a closed group uses the app on real devices; we fix what they find.
  5. Release — store submission, review, launch, and a monitoring period for crashes and reviews.
App Store and Play Store both require a developer account in your business name (₹ / $ annual fees payable to Apple and Google). We set these up with you during discovery.

After launch

Apps are never "done" — OS updates, new devices and store policy changes need attention. Most clients move to a monthly retainer covering OS-compatibility updates, minor features, store maintenance and a performance report. You can pause it whenever the app is stable.
