How a project runs
- Discovery (week 1) — goals, audience, content inventory, reference sites. Output: a written brief and fixed quote.
- Design (weeks 1–2) — wireframes then full mockups. Nothing is coded until you approve.
- Build (weeks 2–4) — templates, CMS setup, content population, integrations.
- QA & launch (week 4–5) — cross-device testing, performance and security checks, then a supervised go-live.
- Support window — 30 days of fixes included; optional monthly retainer after that.
A standard business website takes 3 to 5 weeks from approved design. E-commerce and custom applications take longer — your brief carries the exact timeline.
Pricing
Fixed quote against a written scope, given after discovery. Change requests outside that scope are estimated and approved before work starts — no surprise invoices. Ongoing care (updates, backups, security, small changes) is a separate monthly retainer you can start or stop any time.
